Handmade to order with tiny sterling silver beads in 2mm with personalised feature birthstone beads of all the family members, centralised on the bead necklace interspersed with the silver beads.

The birthstone beads are approx 4mm. You can choose however many stones you like in the options, it’s really flexible.
