Delivery

Each Dainty Rocks order is handmade to order.

My usual dispatch time is 1–3 working days, although this can occasionally be a little longer during very busy gifting periods such as Christmas and Mother’s Day, or during announced holiday periods.

UK delivery is free on all orders.

Orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service, and you should receive tracking updates by email once your order has been dispatched.

If you need your jewellery for a particular date, please contact me before ordering and I’ll let you know whether I can make and send it in time.

Once dispatched, delivery times can vary depending on the Royal Mail service used and seasonal delays. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a week of dispatch, please get in touch and I’ll help you check the tracking.

I currently deliver within the GB only.
