Some of the more common questions you may have

1. How do I shop?

Browse through the categories, click on the ones you like and click the 'Add to Cart' icon, when you have finished there is a trolley symbol at the top right of the page, click that then follow the on screen instructions

2. What methods of payment do you accept?

All cards as shown at the bottom of the page, managed by Shopify or Paypal

These are secure third party options and I see no other information that you provide apart from what I need to send your items.

3. How much is shipping?

Shipping is £2.20 per order, this is with a Signed For first class service via Royal Mail. 

4. How is my handmade jewellery packaged?

Jewellery will be presented in a recycled kraft box complete with a gemstone meaning and care card, then prettied up with a bit of ribbon and a logo tag, it is then placed in a recyclable box

5. How long will it take?

Please allow up to 5 days for me to make your order, in reality, stamped and personalised items take 2-3 days and other items take 1-2 days. Weekends are non work days

6. I want something made to order...

If you don't like the colour, length, pendant, want matching items, made to match clothing...anything. Just contact me 

7. What if I don't like my jewellery?

First things first; Contact me

For feedback it would be nice to know if there is a problem with the delivery or jewellery, you need to return your jewellery within 30 days for a full refund.

Earrings and personalised jewellery cannot be returned

8. What if my jewellery breaks?

Despite best efforts; using the best wire there is and thickest silver possible for the design, handmade jewellery is a bit more fragile, take care not to get the jewellery caught on or in anything and follow the care instructions with the jewellery
