Delivery

It will usually take me 1-2 days to make your order, this can be more during busier gifting seasons like Christmas and Mothers Day or on annual holidays. 

If you need something making urgently, to ensure I can meet your deadline, or message via the little chat box below.

 

Standard shipping is now FREE, it is sent via Tracked 48, which is a 2-4 day service or you can upgrade if you need your gift faster. 

Upgrade to Tracked 24 for £1.00, T24 is usually 1 day but can be up to 3 days. 

Upgrade to Special Delivery for £5.75, SD is a 1 day service but please note, it can very rarely be 2 days. SD upgrades go to the top of the making Q also. 

We currently only post to GB England, Wales & Scotland. 

Returns

I accept returns on all items as long as not personalised with more than 1 letter on one component, for any reason as long as they are returned in the same new state they were sent in. The buyer is liable for return postage costs. 

1. Send me contact via email to advise me of your return. see your original order confirmation for the email. I will reply with returns address and packaging advice. 

2. Package up your item as close to how it looked upon receiving, not forgetting to write your name in somewhere so I know who it belongs to, pop along to the post office to send your item back. Don’t forget to track/record the item and/or get proof of posting. 

3. Once back with me, I will process your full refund, this will include standard postage costs, to the original method of payment.
