Delivery

It will usually take us 1-3 days to make your order, this can be more during busier gifting seasons like Christmas and Mothers Day or on annual holidays. 

If you need something making urgently, to ensure we can meet your deadline, or message via the little chat box below.

Standard shipping is sent via Tracked 48 for £1.49 or Tracked 24 at £2.25 but if you spend over £50 it is free.

T48 is a 2-4 day service and T24 is usually 1 day but can be up to 3 days.

If you need something in a hurry, we have Special Delivery, the priority service from Royal Mail, you will also go to the top of the queue, this is £7.25. SD should take 1 day, very occasionally it can take longer but this is very rare. 

On T24 or T48, If there are delays on route, it may take longer to arrive once your order is shipped, please get in contact if you are still waiting after a week.

We currently only post to the UK.

Returns

We accept returns on all items as long as not personalised with more than 1 letter on one component, for any reason as long as they are returned in the same new state they were sent in. The buyer is liable for return postage costs. 

1. Send me contact via email to advise me of your return. see your original order confirmation for the email. I will reply with returns address and packaging advice. 

2. Package up your item as close to how it looked upon receiving, not forgetting to write your name in somewhere so I know who it belongs to, pop along to the post office to send your item back. Don’t forget to track/record the item and/or get proof of posting. 

3. Once back with us, we will process your full refund, this will include original postage costs, to the original method of payment.
