Returns & Refunds

I want you to be happy with your Dainty Rocks jewellery. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

Changed your mind?

Most non-personalised items can be returned. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to let me know you’d like to return it, and return the item within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging.

Personalised or custom-made jewellery cannot usually be returned simply because you’ve changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned where applicable hygiene seals/packaging remain intact, unless the item is faulty.

Return postage

You are responsible for return postage when returning an unwanted item. If your item is faulty or I’ve made a mistake with your order, I’ll cover the appropriate return costs.

Refunds

Once I’ve received and checked your return, I’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Wrong bracelet size?

I offer free size adjustments. You simply pay the postage to return the bracelet to me and I’ll adjust the size free of charge.
