Refund policy

You have a right to cancel your placed order for up to 30 days after receipt on most goods
Exceptions include personalised jewellery and earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
Goods must be returned to me in the original packaging and be unused

Please get in contact before you return the item to see if any issues can be resolved before return, you will be given a refund or choice of alternative.

Buyer must pay the return postage fee unless item is faulty

Once goods are received back and satisfactory, I will then refund your goods
