It is nickel free and suitable for most sensitive skin.

How to choose a size

Choose your size when ordering, or send me your exact wrist measurement if you’re unsure. The most commonly ordered sizes are 6.5 to 7 inches and 7 to 7.5 inches

Every bracelet is individually made to order rather than being a standard one size bracelet.

If the fit isn’t quite right, I offer a free size adjustment.

Personalisation

Many Dainty Rocks designs can be personalised by hand with initials, numbers or symbols.

Depending on the design, options can include tiny hearts, larger hearts, discs, birthstones, paw prints, hearts, stars and other details.

The tissue paper, shredded paper and cardboard packaging can be recycled.

I offer free size adjustments. If you ordered the wrong size, simply cover the postage back to me and I’ll adjust it free of charge.

Changed your mind?

Most items can be returned. Some personalised pieces are also returnable, depending on the personalisation. Contact me within 14 days and return within 30 days.

Faults & repairs

Your jewellery comes with a one year warranty. After that, I also offer an affordable repair and restringing service.

I want your Dainty Rocks jewellery to be worn for years, so I offer additions, repairs and restringing where possible.

Some family designs can grow with you too. New hearts or personalised charms can often be added later as your family changes.

What’s possible depends on the design, so please contact me if you’d like to update an existing piece.

Keep your jewellery looking its best

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. This is completely normal and can easily be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth.

Avoid contact with perfumes, creams and chemicals, and remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, using hot tubs or getting wet.

When you’re not wearing your jewellery, store it somewhere clean and dry, ideally in an airtight bag to help slow tarnishing
