Deserves 10 stars!!

I ordered 2 separate items and Diane even contacted me to ask if I was ok combining the postage in one parcel. Then gave a refund of an amount to cover the reduced costs, exceptional service!
The products arrived and were absolutely lovely.... and I'm just talking about the packaging!
