Amazing service

Son was leaving it a bit later that I'd have liked to order a 21st birthday gift for his sister. Showed him the website and he was all in. Then we saw a note to say Diane would be on holiday until a few days before the big day. Well, we ordered something else but the gift too, as we agreed it would be lovely to have even if late. To our great surprise, it arrived in plenty of time. Diane must have been on it as soon as she put her suitcase down! ............and it's perfect. All of us very happy. Diane rocks!

18th initial bracelet

Sue communicated really well, and went over and above to help get the bracelet out for delivery to help my tight deadline (even though she had a packed out of hours schedule). The bracelet was ordered on Friday and delivered to the (absolutely delighted!) birthday girl on the Monday. Thank you so much for all your help it was much appreciated ☺️
