March brings the gorgeous delight of aquamarine.
From the Latin Aqua Marinus meaning Water ~ Sea
A calming and peaceful gemstone, very light blue in colour, sometimes very pale.
Aquamarine for me, is not always easy to obtain in my favourite gemstone shapes and in a nice blue colour.
However, this year I found some beautiful blue aquamarine, most are pale blue with a few clear aqua beads and some vibrant blue.
With good stocks it should see me through the month, but as always, if you see a March design you like, do not delay a purchase, March always runs out due its beautiful meanings and colour.

Also, March is very fussy about how it likes to be photographed, most gemstones are a "point and shoot" but March likes to fiddle with my auto light settings and comes out a fake blue hue. So the above picture is actually toned down in colour to make it more accurate. It’s OK March, I love you really ;-)
